Will you write medical claims?
We write plain, informational content about your services and process, and you or your medical director approve your site's copy before launch.
How will I know it's working?
We measure and report visibility, not bookings: visits, crawler visits and Google listing views (with your access), before and after, starting with your 30-day report. You track bookings in your own system and can compare the two side by side.
What does it cost?
Today: AI SEO setup is $750 one-time for the first 30 clients, paid upfront, or 3 payments of $325, 30 days apart ($975 total). Later tiers are $1,250, then $1,500. Optional website maintenance is $100 a month, or $90 a month with a 6-month prepay, or $80 a month with a 12-month prepay. The site check and the 15-minute call are free.
What do you promise?
That the work gets done on time, explained in plain English, and measured before and after, with a 30-day before-and-after report.
Is there a contract?
No long contract. Maintenance is month to month. Cancel with 30 days' notice. Prepay 6 or 12 months to save; if you stop early, we refund the months you haven't used, with the months you did use charged at the regular $100 rate. Prepay refunds are never less than $0. When a prepay ends, it continues month to month at $100 unless you tell us otherwise.
Can I pay over time?
Yes. Setup is $750 paid upfront, or 3 payments of $325, 30 days apart ($975 total). The first is charged when you sign up, and the other two go on your card on file every 30 days after. You get the same full service, starting right away. Paying upfront saves you $225. Pay by bank and we cover the fees. Card payments are also accepted.
I already have hosting. Is that a problem?
Not at all. We can move you over free, or work with your current host. Same price either way, and you still own everything.
Who owns the site?
You do. Your domain and content are always yours, and what we create for you becomes yours once setup is paid. Licensed stock photos and fonts stay under their own licenses.
What's your guarantee?
Our 30-day launch guarantee: if your setup isn't launched within 30 days of your start date, you get a full refund of your setup fee. Your start date is the day we have your payment, your signed agreement and your onboarding items. The clock pauses while we're waiting on you, or on Google, your host, your domain company or events outside anyone's control (those outside pauses count for up to 30 days in total), and we'll always tell you in writing what we're waiting on. The guarantee covers AI SEO setup; new website builds get their own launch date in your written scope. Full terms are in your client agreement.
Do I need a new website?
Usually not. Most of the work happens on the site you already have and your Google Business Profile. If a page needs more than a fix, we'll show you the options and you decide.
