Yes. Maintenance is month to month. Cancel with 30 days' notice. When a prepay ends, it continues month to month at $100 unless you tell us otherwise. If you prepaid, we refund the months you haven't used. The months you did use are simply charged at the regular $100 rate instead of the discount, and that difference comes out of the refund. Prepay refunds are never less than $0.

You approve the posting plan once: the topics, the tone and what we never say. Posts then follow that plan, so you don't need to sign off on each one. Ask us to change or remove any post and we will.

Your start date is the day we have your payment, your signed agreement and your onboarding items. The clock pauses while we're waiting on you, or on Google, your host, your domain company or events outside anyone's control (those outside pauses count for up to 30 days in total), and we'll always tell you in writing what we're waiting on.
